Awake intubation with a RSI / TCI Steerable Introducer

Awake intubation is easy to perform and well tolerated by Patients. This patient is a known difficult intubation with radiation to the neck. He has had awake fiberoptic in the past.
Lidocaine nebulizer, midazolam and fentanyl. Hyperangulated VL conforms to the upper airway to provides a comfortable experience for the patient and a panoramic and stable view for the operator. RSI steerable introducer provides force free navigation of both curves of the serpentine geometry of the airway, comfortable for patents.
