A.G. Saño(Artivist,Advocate) is a renowned and multi-awarded Filipino artist. He has painted more than 1200 murals in 17 countries depicting peace & environment. He's been involved in marine research since 2000, & a founding member of Balyena.org, a non-profit group focused on marine mammal research & conservation in the Philippines. WWF granted him the Hero for The Environment Award of 2011, while the US Embassy in Manila gave him a special honoring for his “Environmental Activism.” RARE.org gave him the BLUE PRIDE AWARD for being a Philippine Coral Reef Conservation Champion. Climate Reality Project granted him the Climate Leadership Award. He was instituted by ADEX (Asia Dive Expo), one of the biggest global gatherings of divers and marine conservationists, as its Dolphin Ambassador for 2015, Climate Change Ambassador for 2017 and Ocean Artist from 2015-2017.

A.G. founded Dolphins Love Freedom, a network supported by advocates from more than 63 countries, w/c is a campaign vs dolphins slaughters and captivity. He is a founding member of DAKILA-Philippine collective for modern heroism, an organization of various artists from all over the country. A.G. is a founding member and art mentor for TPBPM (Teach Peace Build Peace Movement) an NGO focused on peace through education and arts.

He founded Art Atak, an art team involved in art, education and peace campaigns. A.G. is an active participant in Japan’s Peace March & he chaired the closing plenary of the World Conference against Nuclear Weapons in Hiroshima in 2017. He dreams of going to Antarctica to photograph the migrating whales. Also, to paint a dolphin in outer space. He has planted 50,000 trees & is not stopping any time soon.
