Euhelopus was a large dinosaur believed to weigh between fifteen and twenty tons and reach an adult length of 15 m (49 ft). But unlike most other sauropods, the Euhelopus dinosaur had longer front legs than hind legs.

They lived between 129 and 113 million years ago in the Early Cretaceous. Habitat Euhelopus - in the territory of the present Shandong province in China. The discovery of this dinosaur species was paleontologically significant because it represented the first scientifically researched dinosaur that lived in China.
