This is not your typical Marvel superhero flick. What I love about Thunderbolts* is that it tackles important topics of real world problems such as depression and finding purpose. We remember the character’s past lives which are not with good memories. They faced loss, abuse, regrets, darkness and were forced to face them in order to move forward.

Like all of us, there is a void inside that we are trying to fight and somehow forget if we can.
This is a good way to end Phase 5 of MCU. However with the “HIT/MISS” direction of Marvel films wherein Brave New World looks like a MISS and Thunderbolts* is a HIT, I’m kind of worried about Fantastic 4 being a MISS but too early to judge.

Ghunderbolts* easily takes a top 10 best MCU film for me as a whole.

The addition of Starship’s Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now both in the trailer and film itself is really fitting (and of course I also love that song).

Thunderbolts* is a solid good film, fun entertaining, action packed, emotional and overall an amazing movie. Giving this movie a 9/10.

While it has its flaws, it still is an amazing film. I was actually more psyched to see this compared to Brave New World and this didn’t disappoint! As someone who loves Marvel or loves watching movies, this is a highly recommended film and do not be surprised if this gets you emotional too! Remember, whatever you are facing, you are not alone.
