Advances in neuroscience, psychology, and newer fields such as systems thinking and holonomic mind theory, together with the hard won wisdom born of centuries of experience has put us in a position--as a species--to implement an unprecedented course correction of our own trajectory. We have all of the knowledge, the tools--and certainly the incentive--to gain conscious control of our collective destiny, and avert the immanent global collapse that looms just beyond the temporal horizon.

The equations are simple: pi-spuared, positive action squared by intelligence=success. Apathy plus inertia=extinction.

I've heard it said that it costs a lot to win, but even more to lose. The time has come to decide which we are going to choose.
