📖 From the Qur’an:

Gradual prohibition: from acknowledgment of harm → restriction before prayer → complete ban (Surah al-Ma’idah 5:90).

Allah grouped alcohol with idolatry and false testimony.

Commanded: “Avoid it completely” (فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ).

☝️ From the Sunnah:

“Every intoxicant is khamr, and every intoxicant is haram.”

“Whatever intoxicates in large amounts, even a little of it is haram.”

“Stay away from alcohol, for it is the key to every evil.”

Signs of the Hour: alcohol will be widespread, zina rampant, ignorance prevailing.

⚠️ Dangers of Intoxicants:

Destroy intellect, health, wealth, and dignity.

Cause zina, violence, family collapse, and murder.

Responsible for majority of road accidents and crimes.

Curse of Allah is not just on the drinker, but also the seller, carrier, server, and buyer.

💔 Consequences in Akhirah:

Addicts likened to idol worshippers.

Deprived of Jannah’s wine.

Salah not accepted for 40 days.

Their punishment drink: tīnatu al-khabāl — pus of Hell’s people.

🌹 Hope & Tawbah:
Despite its severity, the door of repentance remains open. Allah promises: “Do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.” (39:53)
Repent sincerely, and Allah can turn sins into good deeds.

✨ Core Message:
Alcohol and intoxicants are among the gravest sins in Islam. They are the “mother of all evils,” destroying faith, family, and society. Yet, Allah’s mercy is greater — the door of tawbah is open until the last breath.
