About Alix Stokes
Alix Stokes has dedicated his career to osteopathy with the aim of understanding how the human body develops and evolves throughout life.
After gaining international experience in New Zealand, Germany, and the UK, he realised his passion for teaching about the human sciences and osteopathy.
His approach and understanding began to blossom when he undertook a diploma in anthroposophical medicine, which provided the building blocks to comprehend the interconnected rhythms of the body, its vitality, the emotional world, and the spiritual aspects of each individual.
These dimensions, he discovered, connect us with the rhythms of nature and the cosmos.
Applying these insights to his daily practice, Alix unveiled a new dimension of the healing process. He recognised that healing manifests through rhythm changes in both the physical and emotional body.

About his Webinar
Introduction to Universal Principles of the Healing Body. The healing archetypes expressed through nature and the universe.

Supporting the journey of healing can be a messy, challenging and scary process. The manifestation of healing can be daunting for both practitioners and individuals undergoing the experience. During these times, we can be guided by clear principles. These principles can also
be found and learned through the rhythms of nature and the universe.
Healing integrates both the physical/physiological and psychological/spiritual aspects of the individual. This is expressed through rhythmic changes in these four dimensions (physical,
physiological, psychological and spiritual). These rhythmical changes are an expression of universal principles, which are also expressed through the rhythms of nature and the cosmos. When these principles are understood and worked with we are able to perceive the human being
in a new context of divine revelation and pure potential, which can be guided through the most complex and challenging situations, from crisis to self resolution. My aim is to share a way to understand these universal principles. I hope to bring a new impulse of inspiration to osteopathy in our modern context, drawn from the spiritual insights and wisdom
from where Still birthed this discipline.
“The Osteopath who succeeds best does so because he looks to Nature for knowledge and obeys her teachings, then he gets good results. He is often amazed to see how faithfully Nature sticks to system. A few years spent in the school of Nature teaches the Osteopath that principles govern the universe, and he must obey all order or fail to cure his patient.”
Andrew Taylor Still; Osteopathy Research and Practice.
