This video discusses the three basic steps involved in IFRS consolidation of fully-owned subsidiaries.

Fully-owned subsidiaries are those investments that are 100% owned and controlled by the parent. This further means that there are no non-controlling interests in the structure.

For such investments, we need to follow the following steps:
Step 1: Harmonization
Step 2: Combination
Step 3: Elimination
