Having two days stopover in Frankfurt, I went to explore area around Rhine Valley. I visited these tree amazing medieval towns on Rhine river: Sankt Goar, Oberwesel and Bacharach. Hike between Sankt Goar and Oberwesel was such a treat! It wasn't without an adventure... I almost got lost on the way back!

This area is so rich in history... many castles, great architecture, world class food and wine, and just great atmosphere! Definitely a must-visit when traveling to Germany!
