Producing superheat 94% dry steam up to 180°C and between 9 -10 Bar pressure, these Steam Cleaning machines can hygienically clean wine barrels and a large variety of equipment in a short period of time, using little water and no chemicals.

Sanitising & Hydrating Wine Barrels using Dry Steam
Using high pressure steam, converting water into super-heat dry steam inside the barrel.
Our Industrial steam machine range applies high pressure which converts water into super-heat dry steam inside the barrel.
There is a model suitable for every Winery no matter your size, if you are a small, medium or large Winery we accommodate from 240V (10 or 15 Amps) to 3 phase – 20 Amps, 32 Amps
Sanitising & Hydrating Wine Barrels using Dry Steam
Delivering steam at 180oC at 9-10 bar pressure will make light work of removing tartrates and sanitising your barrel investment, environmentally friendly, a temperature of over 100ºC (3 phase) is reached in less than 2 minutes and the entire process is completed at your desired length of time ie 10 -30 minutes

The use of only water and dry steam being used and no chemicals, means there’s no wastewater to treat.
