In this VIDEO I show HOW TO GET IT!!!

►CONDITIONS (for the chapter 11 board to appear).
Have the emblems of all the piggy book 2 maps (escape them all)
Obtain the 2 endings of chapter 6 (savior and savior ending).
Obtain the 4 endings of chapter 12 (sauce savior, willow survivor, tigry savior and tigry survivor).

ADVANCE STEPS (if you don't do this, the chapter 11 board won't appear either).
