The T3 is a board that offers good sensations. The only problem was that I ordered a T2 and was delivered a T3. The customer service did nothing to solve this problem, claiming that I made an error during my order. I was unable to return the board even though it had not been used. Therefore, the customer service is non-existent. The weaknesses of this board, aside from the customer service, are its weight (very heavy) and performance, which are slightly below what is advertised. The strengths are the flexibility of the deck, speed, and remote control. In conclusion, be careful when placing your order and make sure to select the correct product because don't expect any refund or exchange from Possway.
