Our fresh garden salsa recipe is here! When I say we love salsa, I mean we’re like chips & salsa with pretty much ANY meal type people 🫠 This recipe is sooo good and we love that it uses Roma & San Marzano tomatoes, and jalapeños straight from our garden! You’ll want to save this recipe for later!

Ingredients:
• 5-6 Roma tomatoes, quartered
• 1/2 red onion, peeled & quartered
• 3 garlic cloves, peeled
• 3 jalapeños, seeds removed
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
• 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 3 tsp ground cumin
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 7-8 San Marzano tomatoes (Substitute for a 15 oz can of crushed San Marzano tomatoes if fresh aren’t available)
• 1 can of mild diced green chiles (4.5 oz)

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to desired consistency.
2. That’s it! Enjoy with tortilla chips, on burritos, over a fried egg, the possibilities are endless 🤤
3. Tip: Salsa keeps in the fridge for 10-12 days or you can easily keep it in the freezer for up to 4 months!
