Best of the Best (first match and some training)

Here's one of the more innovative fighting games from the time. I first came across this one at a little rental store called Superstar video back in the early (??) 90's, forget the exact year. The customization was laughable, and the controls and reaction time of the button inputs was terrible. But the overall gameplay was solid, great selection of moves to choose from for your character as well.
