Now here we have the first of the weapons introduced in the DLC of SoP FFO, the staff is a multifaceted weapon that's excellent at fighting back hordes of enemies with its great range on top of being highly mobile and magically inclined. With this guide you'll get an insight into how this shape-shifting weapon handles any sort of battles.

Note: All the attack demonstrations are done using a test build on Liberator with almost exact stats (52/53), an accessory for 400% basic job for weapon abilities (which also adds some combo ability damage) and the Dragon Trial to turn off equipment, with the only exceptions being the Class Change Job Ability and 250% Job Affinity demonstrations which include normal attacks to help judge. This makes it usable as a baseline, but your own stats and the enemies may radically affect the results and as stats are increased, combo ability damage will further outpace the standard moveset. I also unfortunately can't do anything about the goblin's own weaknesses.
