1. High Risk of Injury

2. Your Body Adapts Quickly

The more you run, the more efficient your body becomes, meaning you burn fewer calories over time doing the same distance. This leads to plateaus and frustration. It also means you need to expend more time and effort to keep the progress going.

3. Running Increases Hunger

Steady running often spikes appetite, making it easy to overeat afterward and erase your calorie deficit without realizing it.

4. Cardiovascular Activity is not the main event for fat loss, it is just a bonus. Its main purpose is to improve CardioVascular heath and to keep the heart and lungs in shape. Weight loss is still 70–80% about diet.
