There are a couple different types of crypto platforms that you can work with for lending. You can put it and get a nice return on lending, or you can borrow against it. There's basically either a decentralized or there's a centralized. Essentially the difference is one of them holds your crypto keys, and the other does not. If they are holding your tokens, there is some risk associated with that, but you get a better return and a lower interest rate on loan. And you know with yourself what your risk tolerance is; I did notice some of them are backed by a couple different insurance companies. So, if something does or a security breach happens, you will somewhat protect it on your crypto.

Having it centralized is obviously a risk factor. And also, you have to understand what is your risk tolerance level. I found a few companies based on my research. They follow their own policy, so you have to understand how they trade and what their policy is, its essential because the company-to-company policies are different. So far, Nexo.io, Celsius.network, Blockfi.com, Crypto.com, and Aave.com are good (based on my research)

Here, you will get a loan in a few days, and you can quickly use that as a down payment. So You can buy real estate and start fixing it up, and then once you finish, you can pay off that loan. You'll still have your crypto value that hopefully has gone up. It's a win-win situation as long as you understand the risks. There's very minimal verification as far as these loans. It's mostly looking at the asset that you're holding. So it's focused on the lending platform. Whether it be Ethereum bitcoin or whatever like that.
