FOX13 Investigates: Background of Downtown Memphis murder suspect

Memphis Police (MPD) are looking for additional victims after a man was killed in Downtown Memphis.

A witness told investigators they saw the suspect, Karl Loucks, attack several homeless people in the past and MPD is working to find out whether it’s true. Years before the shooting, Loucks served as a combat medic in Afghanistan, which he said left him with PTSD.
