Come on this healthy living journey with me. I just wanted to share with you why, how and the struggles I go through as I start this Journey to lose weight, get fit and feel good inside out. I want to eat better not just for me but for my duaghter. I want to lose weight to stay healthy, keep up with my daughter and look good of course. I am learning to love my own body, the one I have which will make it easier to love the one I workout hard to get to.

If you don't love yourself now, you won't love yourself 10, 20, 100lbs lighter than you are now. You have to have an inner confidence that will carry you onto the goal you want to reach. I also learned that you shouldn't be so concerned with #'s. numbers will discourage you so easy, so focus on how you feel inside. Do you feel like garbage because you just ate a buger, fries and shake or do you feel great because you ate a salad with fruit? Do what makes you feel clean and healthy and everything else will fall into place.

I chose to cut out dairy, which isn't too hard since I've done it before and I can already tell that I don't feel as bloated or greasy. Here are some of my #'s that I marked down for Day 0 and will check back every 7 days to see where I am at. You do not need to do this, but for me this encourages me and pushes me to work harder.

Day 0 #'s and Workout:

Weight: 148.6lbs
Waist: 32 1/4"
Hips: 42"
Arms: 11 7/8"
Chest: 36 1/4"
Thighs: 24"
Calves: 15 1/2"

Exercise: Walked laps around my park 40 mins = 2.3miles
