Vegas Beyond the Strip presents the DiBari Davis Project with special guest jazz guitarist JIM MCINTOSH! Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and raised in Temperance, Michigan, Jim McIntosh started his musical journey with the French horn before picking up the guitar at age 14. He studied under local jazz guitar guru John Justus and attended Berklee College of Music, later earning a degree from the University of Michigan. Since moving to Las Vegas in 1981, McIntosh has become a sought-after guitarist, playing with artists like Doris Troy and Little Anthony & The Imperials, and backing acts such as Buddy Hackett and Ben Vereen. He has also been a part of more than 40 national TV shows, including Penn & Teller’s Sin City Spectacular and The Ron White Show. McIntosh's notable gigs include long-term performances in Legends In Concert, Mamma Mia, and Jersey Boys in Las Vegas. For 15 years, he played with the Lon Bronson All-Stars Band, sharing the stage with various renowned musicians and entertainers.
