Dashamata vrat is very popular in shravan . Dashamata also known as Momai mata .
Today we discuss about dasha mata vart, dasha mata katha, दसा माता.

कौन हैं दशा माता ? दशामा की उत्त्पत्ति की कथा

दशा माता शक्ति का एक रूप है। ऊँट पर आरूढ़, देवी माँ के इस रूप को चार हाथों से दर्शाया गया है। वह क्रमशः ऊपरी दाएं और बाएं हाथ में तलवार और त्रिशूल रखती है। और निचले दाएं और बाएं हाथों में उनके पास कमल और कवच है. दशा माता का पूजन प्रत्येक स्त्री सुहागिन या विधवा सबको करना चाहिए ,क्योंकि यह पूजन एवं व्रत घर की दशा स्थिति को सुखी समृद्ध रखने हेतु किया जाता है । पूजन में एक विशेष बात होती है की एक हल्दी में रंगा दस गांठे में लगा हुआ धागा होता है। जिसको दशा माता की बेल कहते हैं इस बेल को पूजन के समय दशा माता को चढ़ा कर पुनः ले लेते हैं। इसको गले में धारण करने का विधान है।इस वर्ष धारण किया गया धागा अगले वर्ष उतार कर पूजा करके पुनः नई बेल धारण करते हैं।

Who is Dasha Mata? DashaMata is a form of Mata Shakti. Mounted on a camel, this form of Mother Goddess is depicted with four hands. She holds a sword and a trishul in the upper right and left hands respectively. And in the lower right and left hands he holds a lotus and a shield. People called mata as Dasama , dashamata, Mumba aai , Ranechi, Ravechi.
Dasha ma born in form of fisher woman , incarnation of devi Parvati. Devi called mumba aai.Goddess Dasha Maa is an incarnation of Mother Goddess Shakti and is mainly worshipped in Gujarat. A ten days vrat dedicated to Dasha Maa is observed in the month of Shravan.Murtis of Goddess Dasha Maa are prepared specially during Dasha Maa vrat.

Dasha Maa Vrat is observed after Holi festival in Rajasthan.

Dasha Maa is one who betters the living condition. People offer worship to her for peace and prosperity in life. Worshipping her is considered highly meritorious.
