In the 1990's Joyjit Lahiri and Subrat Ghosh were part of the urban band Gorer Math; one of the first flush of Bangla bands in Bengal. Some of their songs were compiled and published by the Legendary Goutam Chattopadhyay and his Mohiner Ghoraguli, and went on to achieve cult status; among them 'Shohorer Ushnotomo Dine' and 'Dhandhar Thekeo Jotil'. In this series of rare recordings, the two former bandmates speak and sing about those times, with some hitherto unknown compositions, and some hitherto unheard spins to oft-heard songs.
