After the April 23, 2025 Cincinnati City Council decision to overturn zoning in Hyde Park Square via a Planned Development, the community came together and charted their path forward. Over 300 volunteers from neighborhoods across Cincinnati came together during 19-days to turn in 622 petitions with 18,439 signatures to put the development on the ballot in November so voters can decide!

Thank you is simply not enough. From Sayler Park to Mt. Washington and neighborhoods in between, we achieved what many officials thought impossible. We are grateful for everyone’s efforts - we learned along the way, and realized we are amazing advocates for our community. Every petition made the difference.

Thank you for your time, your heart, your efforts. Our focus now is repealing the Planned Development decision, either via City Council vote in June, or via the ballot box in November. Thank you for being with us every step of the way!
