These YouTube videos are created by National Board for Small Scale Industries (NBSSI) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Project Team under the Enterprises Development Project with Kaizen for Ghanaian MEMEs suffering from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

This series of video consist of 1. Introduction, 2. Kaizen (a, b, c), 3. Financial Management/Accounting (a, b, c) and 4. Marketing (a, b, c), and in total 10 videos.

For MSMEs who watched videos and are interested in the activities introduced in the videos, the Project can provide the Complementary Remote Consultation by NBSSI and JICA Team. Please apply for the Consultation from the URL shown in the description of each video after confirming the following conditions.

Conditions for application of Complementary Remote Consultation:
1. Should be located in any region of Ashanti, Greater Accra, Bono, Central or Northern,
2. Should be categorized in Micro, Small and Medium enterprises,
3. Should belong basically to Manufacturing sector (other sectors are also accepted),
4. Should provide the necessary information/data for consultation such as financial data,
5. Should allocate the necessary budget (Expense of communication by ZOOM meeting etc) and resources for activities,
6. Should have good internet connection by PC,
7. Should cooperate with NBSSI/JICA Team through the consultation period.

Important Notice:
1. The application will be closed once all the places are taken.
2. The MSMEs which receive consultation will be decided based on the internal screening among NBSSI and JICA team and no claims incurred by the screening / selection / consultation will be accepted.
