In today's video, we go over how to catch Shallow Water Gag Grouper Offshore of Tampa Bay. This year, we only have two weeks, September 1-14, to catch them. This day was a good bite; we didn't get to the ramp until after 2, and the bite was pretty much on until sunset. We started each spot with dead bait to chum it up then we transitioned into using live bait. We also used some trolling plugs and we left them chewing.
