We visit the Ann Van Dyke cheetah center to see the thrilling high speed cheetah chase. Wow how impressive! We also do a tour on the property of all the ambassador cheetahs, blue crane, serval, caracal, hyeana, wilddogs, vultures and even meercats. The zebra and gnu also come to say hello as well as nyala antelope. The most unexpected part was seeing how a wild dog hunt would take place and also seeing cheetahs so close to the safari vehicle.

The Ann Van Dyke centre has released close to 200 cheetahs back into the wild as well as several wild dogs. They are now embarking on an endangered vulture breeding program. My favourite part was learning so much about a cheetah's body that makes them able to cope with high speed, fast brakes and intense heat from exertion.
