Bambino and Fellow Opus Grind By Weight Espresso Workflow

I walk through my workflow making a cappuccino with my Breville Bambino.

I am using a Fellow Opus grinder and I've devised a method to grind by weight directly into the portafilter, but as I note in the video the Opus has some retention problems. I am going to try out a DF54 and see if it's better but if you've got an Opus or you're considering getting one this might be helpful for you.

I discuss the benefits of the lay-flat portafilter that comes with the Bambino and the usefulness of a few other accessories like a collar and a smaller pitcher.

I also make some latte art at the end, I didn't see many videos that showed the whole steamwand process with the Bambino so hopefully people find that helpful.
