A visual look at the area of the wheel with the lock washer that needs to be repaired, and/or replaced the lock washer on the wheel that fell off my Black and Decker Mower I'll tell you the various steps that I took to repair and replace the lock washer to keep the wheel on the mower. For this video, I was able to get one wheel on to mow the grass with three wheels.
