Fiat unveils the new Avventura Urban Cross at the Auto Expo 2016. The Exterior design looks awesome and it comes with DRL and LEDs which makes the front portion an aesthetically pleasing sight. It also gets alloy wheels and roof rails that look absolutely marvellous. Speaking about the engine, there would be two engine variants including a petrol and diesel mill. The 1.4-litre petrol trim delivers 88.8bhp through its 1368cc engine, whereas the 1.3-litre 16V MULTIJET engine carves away 91.72bhp with displacement of 1248cc. As far as torque is concerned, Fiat Avventura Urban Cross delivers 209Nm for the MULTIJET engine, whereas, for the FIRE petrol motor, the torque stands at 115 Nm. It will be launched in the third quarter of this year.

Fiat also revealed Linea 125 S. The price of this new Linea will be relatively like Abarth Punto. It has the same interiors as previous Linea but now it comes with new infotainment system. The new Linea 125 S is the upgraded 1.4-litre T-JET motors. The stock Linea petrol with the same engine musters 114 horses, while the sportier 125 S version offers 125 horses (125PS @ 5,000rpm). The max torque has also slightly been upgraded to 210Nm and is extracted in between the engine speed of 2200 rpm. The engine is coupled to a 5-Speed manual gearbox. It will be launched in the mid of this year and will be under Fiat brand and will take the likes of mid-size sedans in the market.

Fiat has also launched Punto Pure at the 2016 Auto Expo, with a starting price of Rs. 4.49 lac for the petrol and Rs. 5.59 lac (Ex-showroom Delhi) for the diesel. It is the pre-facelift version of the Punto Evo, which was discontinued in 2014. Punto Pure is offered with both - a petrol and a diesel engine. The Petrol mill is a 1.2-litre FIRE motor with SOHC valve configuration. This 4-cylinder, 8-valve unit is capable of producing 67bhp at 6000rpm along with 96Nm of torque at 2500rpm. The diesel engine is a 4-cylinder, 16-valve 1.3-litre Multijet, which produces a maximum power of 75bhp at 4000rpm with a peak torque of 197Nm at 1750rpm. Both these engines come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
