In this video I tell you how I approach training and programming O2 training for freedivers.

The most important part is isolating hypoxia from the other variables involved in breath-holding. That means reducing starting-O2 by performing exhale breath-holds (either FRC or RV), and reaching hypoxia before uncomfortable levels of CO2 build in the body.
