What is Henry's law? How does it even relate to my New York DWI case? The first rule of breath testing is that the subject (YOU) has a body that is at EQUILIBRIUM. Henry's law is an important law of science that follows that "so the blood so the breath" AND IF they are NOT balanced we can get a breath test result that is INACCURATE and therefore invalid.
