In this weeks video I swap a factory Toyota locking differential into a 1st generation toyota 4 runner. The locking differential I swap in also has a better gear ratio to help put a little more power to the ground, going from 4.10:1 to 4.30:1 gear ratio. While swapping the locker in I also replace the front diff so that the front matches the gear ratio. To add to the benefit of the electronically locking differential I remove a welded front differential and a spartan rear locker that were both hindering the on road performance of this vehicle.
