바삭바삭 고소함이 끝내주는 초간단 깻잎전 만드는법.

양념은 계량 스푼과 계량 컵 기준입니다.

계량스푼 1큰술 = 15ml
일반숟가락 1스푼 = 10ml
계량스푼 1작은술 = 5ml
계량컵 1컵 = 200ml
종이컵 1컵 = 180ml

재료

깻잎 30장
청양고추 3개
계란 2개
전분가루 3큰술
튀김가루 2/3컵
찬물 200ml
소금 1/4작은술

초간장소스:
진간장 2큰술
식초 1큰술
설탕 1/2큰술
물 1큰술
다진 청양고추

Ingredient

30 perilla leaves
3 hot peppers
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of starch powder
2/3 cups of frying powder
200ml cold water
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Dip sauce:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1/2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of water
minced hot peppers
