STORYLINE:

Norwegian soldiers in Iraq appear to have found parts of a Scud missile launcher.

On Wednesday, 15 soldiers were checking out an Iraqi Oil Tankers Company storehouse in the southern city of Basra when they found the parts.

No missiles were discovered on the site.

The Norwegian specialist unit, in Iraq to help remove weapons such as this, were acting on a tip-off.

It is unclear whether or not the Company was connected with the Scud missile launcher.
