Feud over fall foliage as local Vermont residents ban leaf peepers

Fall officially starts at the end of this week, which means tourists will soon be heading out to gaze at the leaves changing colors — but some residents in New England in a town known for its spectacular views are taking a stand against so-called leaf peepers.
