Hello everyone and welcome to Marked for Death UHC Season 2!

Marked for Death is a /r/ultrahardcore recorded round organised by thetonyspera and Badfan in which each season our group of players are exposed to a unique gamemode to represent the concept of death and the afterlife.

For this season we played a Drafters To3 with the additional gamemodes of GraveRobbers and Compensation. Drafters is a variation of the gamemode Captains where on their turn, each captain is given 5 random players to select from as opposed to choosing from the entire team. We had 24 players and 8 captains this season each choosing 2 players to join them in snake draft order. GraveRobbers is a gamemode where when a player dies their loot spawns in a chest which lies underneath a custom made gravestone. Finally, Compensation is a gamemode where on the death of a player, their maximum health is divided up amongst their remaining teammates. With this being a To3 season, when the first player dies the other 2 will receive 5 hearts each, and when the second player dies, the final teammate will have a maximum health of 30 hearts. Regen takes place over a period of 30 seconds.
