Paros Greece Travel & Wellness Vlog | Self-Care Retreat, Secret Sunset Spot & Picturesque Lefkes

From Koufonisi, I took the ferry to Paros where I spent a few days exploring the island. This video is a combination of travel and wellness tips -- wander around with me as I explore a retreat center by the sea, the best sunset spot and Lefkes.

Spots Mentioned:
1. Okreblue Retreat Center
The half day self care retreat includes a yoga class, brunch, and massage session. It's a beautiful space to relax and reset. You can also do a full day retreat which includes dinner. 2. Martselo Beach
This is one of my favorite beaches on the island. It can be a little difficult to get to from Parikia but it's worth the effort. It's an easy taxi ride or coastline walk away.

3. Agios Fokas Lighthouse
This is one of the best spots on the island to catch the sunset. In September, there was no one there so it's a beautiful place to feel serene. I grabbed dinner at Naousa afterwards which is ~15 minutes away. I'd recommend Taverna Glafkos or Karina off the beaten path.

4. Magaya
Practice yoga in the open air shala at YogaMagaya, eat lunch at Magaya, then swim at Magaya beach.

5. Byzantine Trail in Lefkes
This is the oldest trail on the island that dates back to 1,000 A.D. The trail dates back to the Byzantine era and links Lefkes to Prodromos. Here is the link to parking:

6. Athens Coco-Mat BC Hotel
