Easy Creamy chicken and spinach

Recipe :
3 chicken breast (seasoned with pepper, salt, paprika, garlic/onion powder and fry oregano)
Oil for pan frying
1/2-1 medium onion
4 cloves garlic or 2 tablespoons chopped/minced garlic
2 salted tablespoons butter
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
1 - 1.5 tablespoons chicken bouillon (adjust according to your liking)
1 - 1. 5 cups warm water add more if you like or use chicken broth/stock but you may need to reduce the amount of chicken bouillon powder you use.
3/4 cups half and half
1/4 cup cheese
Fresh parsley or dry
Finish with paprika powder.
For sides you can make mashed potatoes or pasta.
