Donkey Kong Jungle Beat (Wii): Banana Kingdom - 2520 bananas

My high score run of Banana Kingdom in New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat in which I get a final score of 2520.

This is inspired by ‪@packattack04082‬'s run in the original GameCube version of the game, in which they reach a score of 2617, which can be found at    • Donkey Kong Jungle Beat - Banana King...  

Due to differences in mechanics and level design, their and my scores aren't directly comparable. The main loss here over GC is due to the midair grab being unavailable while flying with Flurl in Jungle Deeps. I can't ditch Flurl to use it while keeping my combo in most of the area, so for the most part, I have to settle for a flat 18 per bunch.

This run is spliced at the beginning of Jungle Deeps, as I took advantage of the Wii version's health and lives system for a better run when recording.
