On November 2nd, 2019 the Miami Hurricanes traveled up to Tallahassee and defeated Florida State 27-10, for their third win in a row in the rivalry. While Miami quarterback Jarren Williams had an excellent game, throwing for 313 yards and two touchdowns, it was the Hurricanes' defensive line that dominated the game. The Canes sacked the FSU quarterbacks nine times. Gregory Rousseau set an FSU opponent record, with four sacks in the game against FSU.
