My Alisa will be stuck on SS0 for sometime :/ she is still pretty good either way though, if you manage your orbs well & trigger her ability shot after Ultimate (gives energy), then as a sub dps/support she will be fine without orb resonance (Dead Line Timing).
SS Rosetta is not fine however : D I won't be investing into her SSS cause its too risky especially as a F2P player, so I will just wait for a new Phys Tank C:
