我们频道讲的是澳洲房产，澳洲理财和澳洲生活。从今年8月初上线以来，我多数时间都是在讲房产和理财，澳洲生活方面的影片没怎么做过。那么今天是Boxing Day大家购物忙了一整天估计也没有心思再看烧脑的内容。所以这次我索性就轻松一点，讲讲我的留学澳洲和移民澳洲的经历。为什么大中国这么好，我还是选择移民澳洲呢？我来澳洲15年，后悔了吗？

我来到澳洲是0506年，来悉尼大学读硕士学位。刚来的时候根本没法跟人交流，突然发现自己学了10几年的英语这会儿根本派不上用场，人家说话我听不懂，我想说句话，居然先想到的是语法，修辞，和单复数形式...说实话，当时心态很崩溃...现在英语是没问题了，我经常给本地人上房产中介牌照课程和销售培训课程，也练出来了。所以我想说一下，现在国内那些教育系统内的英语教学，我真觉得没用，如果你把人丢到一个英语环境里面，为了生存，这人不出1年，英语肯定能练出来。听到这里可能有人会杠，说那来澳洲这个英语环境的人10几年英语还是很烂不也有吗？我想说，那是因为这个人的朋友圈都是华人，他是在澳洲里面的华人圈混的，完全不是英语环境，英语没有提高就很正常。

我们现在回来主题啊。来到澳洲第一个学期的时候，我根本不敢浪费时间，一门心思地学习，就怕跟不上学习进度，挂科。整个上学期间，我最大的成就，就是没有挂过科，当然学习成绩只能算及格而已。因为其他时间都用来打工赚生活费了。我在澳洲做过的工作在国人眼里看来都是比较基础的。比如，饭店刷盘子，办公室保洁，超市保洁，卡拉OK服务生，这些工作收入不高，但是比较稳定。赚的钱足够支付生活费，但是绝对赚不出学费。就这样一边打工，一边学习，直到毕业。那么下一个问题，就是毕业了怎么留在澳洲。当时考虑了很多的方法，最后选择的是澳洲技术移民这条路。我是第一批用会计专业移民还需要英语雅思成绩4个7的考生。我非常清楚地记得，为了考雅思，我上了各种培训班，历时将近1年，一共考了9次雅思才最终通过。最后的成绩是2个9分2个8分，考得有点浪费了。成功移民澳洲后，我就一直在澳洲地产行业，一直工作到现在。
