Serbian Toronto Television is the voice and vision of the Serbian community in Canada. We are the best source of information about the latest events, people, trends and news that will let our viewers stay connected with our Serbian roots while abroad. We are proud to work in co-operation with the Serbian Heritage Academy of Canada, Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia, Serbian Church and other organizations that promote our Serbian heritage in Toronto and across Canada.

Serbian Toronto Television broadcasts and produces original, high quality Serbian television programming through television and the internet on a weekly basis. Serbian Toronto Television covers various Serbian events as part of its entertainment, cultural and documentary programming, originally broadcast on OMNI Television in High Definition (HD) format with stereo and 5.1 digital audio.

Serbian Toronto Television was launched across Canada on October 11, 2014 at 6:30pm. Serbian Toronto Television has instantly become a popular Serbian television show in Canada. Serbian Toronto Television is produced by Milan Cobanov and Miljana Ristic on a weekly basis and broadcast across Canada by OMNI Television.

In this episode we feature Dr. Radomir Baturan's magazine "Ljudi Govore" or "People Say" editions 21/22 and the launch of his latest book called "Damarice" held at the Consulate General of The Republic of Serbia in Toronto, featuring poet and critic Dusica Ivanovic, actor Mladen Obradovic and the author himself, Dr. Radomir Baturan.

Born in Serbian Piva (Babici) in 1948. He completed his studies at Belgrade University, his MA Degree dealt with the novels of Borislav Pekica and his PhD thesis analyzed literary works of Rastka Petrovic. He has been a Research Fellow at the Institute of Literature and Art in Belgrade, the "Northrop Frye" Center and the Center for Russian and East European Studies at the University of Toronto. Member of the Association of Writers of Serbia and Republika Srpska. Before moving to Canada in 1996, he lived in Krusevac and taught secondary school. He has published literary texts in all the major journals of Serbia and Yugoslavia. Engaged in scholarly, literary and educational work. He is the founder and editor of the literary and cultural journal "People Say" in Toronto.
