The Old market is also called "Leng Buai Ia in Chinese". This market is a 200 years old market. It has been the fresh market since the first Chinese settlers. These days, everything is far more modern, with a walking street vibe.

There are congregation of fruit stalls where you can buy seasonal fruits at some of the cheapest prices and deeper into the market you will find an array of dried goods for sale and some Chinese ingredients and Chinese foods.
