ANIMOSITY: Documenting Human-Animal Conflict

Описание к видео ANIMOSITY: Documenting Human-Animal Conflict

In our upcoming webinar "ANIMOSITY: Documenting Human-Animal Conflict", Izzy Sasada, who works alongside environmental photojournalist Aaron Gekoski and director Will Foster-Grundy shares her experience on working to document issues of human-wildlife conflict, the team have encountered animals being traded, hunted, poached and exploited to the point of extinction.

From Cambodia’s dog-drowning dungeons and West Africa’s voodoo markets to cruel Wildlife Tourism Attractions and the shadowy world of the exotic pet trade, this presentation will showcase Four Corners’ work from the frontline of conservation. In doing so, we hear of the mental, physical and creative challenges involved in documenting hardcore stories of conflict and conservation.
