Sekiro Shadows Die Twice has 9 Gourd Seed Locations for the Ultimate Healing Gourd Trophy or Achievement. Finding All Gourd Seeds lets you upgrade the Healing Gourd to get so you can heal more often. In total you can have up to 10 Healing Charges (you start with one and collect 9 Seeds for the others).

After finding a Gourd Seed you must bring it to Emma. In the early game she's at Dilapidated Temple. Later she changes location to Ashina Castle, Kuro's Room. After you get the last Seed bring it to her to unlock the Ultimate Healing Gourd Trophy / Achievement.

The last Gourd Seed is missable! It's in an optional Story Area called Fountainhead Palace. You can only get there if at the end of the game when talking to Owl in Ashina Castle you pick the 2nd dialogue "Break the Iron Code, Stay Loyal to Kuro". This will let you continue the game to reach Fountainhead Palace. If you pick the 1st dialogue you will betray Kuro and the game will end early so you'd never reach that area.
