INGREDIENTS FOR NIGERIAN CHICKEN CURRY SAUCE RECIPE
- Hard Chicken 🐓
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 3 spring onions
- 2 Carrots
- 1 White onion
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- 3 teaspoons corn flour/ corn starch
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed chilli/chilli flakes
