Basketball is a game of fast-paced movement, speed, and quick reaction. Improve your ability to make game-time decisions, react on the fly, and get off the game winning shot through this week's challenge!

In Episode 6 of the Lay-Up At Home Challenge Series Head Coach Deidre will guide you through an intense and agile series of drills to sharpen your reaction time and leave you ready to match the fast-pace, high-intensity speed of the game.

Coach Deidre and Coach Mark will lead you through Level 1 and for those ready for a little extra challenge,Coach John will take you on at level 2.

This challenge includes a series of tennis ball toss drills, mixed with some ball handling work and hip-switches to hit all areas of reaction work needed to level up your game!

Improving your reaction time as a basketball player takes time and repetitive hard work. We encourage you to get after this Reaction Training Challenge over and over again to take your game time speed to the next level!

Each Lay-Up Home Challenge is a part of an 8-workout series that can be used as a tool to keep growing the skills, physical literacy, and fitness you need on and off the court.
