Rukshana Kapali is a transgender female (she/her) human rights activist. Ms. Kapali has been filing writ petitions at the Supreme Court of Nepal, regarding several issues around Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) rights. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Law as well as a Bachelors Degree in Linguistics. She is also the co-founder of Queer Youth Group & Trans Rights Collective.
