Our Custom-Designed Drainage & Lawn Restoration Solution:

✅ Channel Drain Installation – A high-performance drain installed across the driveway to capture surface runoff at the source.
✅ Full Property Grading & Water Diversion – Reshaped the yard to establish proper pitch, directing water away from the home.
✅ Swale System – Strategically placed swales wrap around the front, left, and rear of the property, channeling excess water.
✅ Catch Basins & French Drain System – Installed a 6-inch French drain with dual-wall, crush-proof 12-inch ADS pipes, designed to handle heavy rainfall.
✅ Downspout Adaptation – All downspouts were upgraded using ADS downspout adapters and 4-inch ADS dual-wall pipe, which were seamlessly integrated into the mainline French drain system.

Advanced Drainage Engineering: Dry Well Installation

Since we couldn’t emit water at the street, we needed a solution that could efficiently manage and disperse stormwater on-site. That’s why we installed an NDS Flo-Well Dry Well System—a deep underground collection point designed to absorb and slowly infiltrate excess water into the soil.

We designed the entire drainage system and pipe sizing based on precise water volume calculations, ensuring it can handle 10-year flooding events specific to our area.

Beyond Drainage – Full Lawn Rehabilitation & Erosion Control:

🌱 Soil Analysis & Lawn Restoration – Conducted a detailed soil analysis, corrected nutrient deficiencies, and applied a Lesco Tall Fescue blend with a custom fertilizer mix to stabilize swales, prevent erosion, and absorb excess water.
🚜 Precision Grading & Soil Conditioning – Used our ASV RT-25 mini skid steer with a Digga Harley rake to condition and prep the soil for optimal grass growth.
🏗 High-Quality Materials – Bulk gravel aggregate supplied by @McGirtMaterials.
💦 Temporary Irrigation System – Installed to ensure proper moisture retention during grass germination.
